Product Thinking for Teams Building Digital Products
Most products don't fail from bad code. They fail from bad decisions made before anyone wrote a line of it.
I bring product clarity to founders building their first SaaS and to agencies building for someone else. Whether it's your product or your client's, the pattern is the same: chaos before code equals blown budgets after.

Feeling stuck in development cycles? Wondering how to actually launch?
If you’re like many founders, you’ve spent weeks (or months) moving between research, features, and feedback - without real momentum toward launch. I help you cut through the noise, identify what truly matters right now, remove blockers, and move step by step toward a usable first version.
Which one's you?
Two different jobs, two different fears. Pick the sheet that matches yours.

Building for Founders
Building products for clients, and your delivery process needs product discipline your dev team doesn't have.
Services You May Need
For Product Founders
You have the idea. You don't have the certainty.
You know roughly what you want to build. What you don't know: whether it solves a real problem, what to build first, or how to keep your developers from wandering. That gap is where products die — not in the code, in the six months before it.
2 to 3 Weeks
Product Clarity Sprint
Idea to a validated, build-ready roadmap - before your team writes a line of code.

CASE STUDY
Doctle - Idea to Launch
At Doctle we developed a prototype as an AI Voice-to-Page identity tool for healthcare professionals. Broad vision. No clear user need. No traction.
I led the pivot: diagnosed why the original direction wasn't gaining ground, stripped it back to a Digital Front Desk SaaS built specifically for independent clinics, and rebuilt the entire roadmap around what a clinic actually needs to operate from day one.
Then I drove execution: low-code architecture that cut time-to-market by 50% over 6 months, a pre-launch customer pipeline to validate fit before full build, and a GTM strategy with pharmaceutical, medical association, and referral network partnerships in place before launch.

ABOUT ME
Vasudevan Kumar
A neutral layer built on method, not emotion.
Before I got into IT, I worked across operations, sales, and business in ways that had nothing to do with software – and everything to do with how real work actually gets done.
That foundation changed how I see product and delivery. I don’t just understand the technical side. I understand the business pressure, the margin math, and what it costs when something slips.
For the past 10 years, I’ve moved through almost every role on a product team – visual designer, frontend developer, project coordinator, agency founder, and product co-founder. I’ve shipped EHR portals, built e-commerce platforms, co-founded a healthcare SaaS, and consulted across fintech, retail, and health-tech.
I’ve been on the agency side watching clients walk away. I’ve been on the founder side watching products get built beautifully in the wrong direction. I’ve made the pivots – some of them too late, some exactly on time.
